Job Requirements
- Less than high school education
- up to one month related experience or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- must obtain any required local and state licenses or certifications
- ability to read and speak English may be required
- ability to stand, walk, talk, hear frequently
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform basic math computations
- must demonstrate safe work practices

Job Duties
- Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
- acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture values and mission of The Club at ArrowCreek
- develops positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns
- possesses a high degree of organizational skills to locate tables/bar ensuring guests receive the correct orders
- demonstrates excellent communication and listening skills to meet guests' requests
- practices and demonstrates food safe handling and practices
- assures all materials used by server are clean and ready for daily operations
- possesses knowledge of each guest's chair position in dining rooms and lounges
- sets the outside expo line with bread and butter plates, roll-ups, plastic flatware, linen napkins and other items needed for food delivery
- organizes plates in the window and matches each with its ticket to run food to tables
- sets tables according to club standards
- ensures each menu item matches exact detail on tickets
- corrects menu items with the chef if not meeting specifications
- fills and refills water glasses, iced tea etc. and removes unused place settings
- clears dishes in front of guests after course completion politely asking before removal
- clears and resets tables including changing tablecloths, sanitizing and placing chairs, replacing silverware, glassware and napkins
- assists servers as needed
- keeps workstations clean and well stocked
- cleans workstations, tables, trash and other business needs
- incorporates safe work practices in all job tasks
- maintains regular and reliable attendance
- performs other duties as required
