Job Requirements

  • Possess prior experience in food running or a related restaurant role
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong time management skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Assist servers by delivering food orders promptly and accurately to guests
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards
  • Clear and reset tables as needed to maintain an organized and inviting dining area
  • Support bussing and server assistant roles during peak times to ensure seamless service flow
  • Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining and service areas
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and respond to guest needs with a positive, professional attitude
