Job Requirements

Job Duties
- deliver food from kitchen to restaurant guests and/or buffets safely and efficiently
- comply with food handling and serving techniques, policies, procedures and brand standards
- promptly report emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management
- report deviations from policies, procedures, brand standards and regulations to management
- comply with guest service basics such as uniforms, name tags and proper guest greeting
- be knowledgeable on hotel facilities and services to assist guests
- ensure communication containing company, hotel, brand and guest information is consistent with privacy policies
