Job Requirements
- Experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Knowledge of restaurant menu items and operations
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Knowledge of front and back of house operations, storage areas, and ice room
- Ability to operate line equipment
- Understanding of food preparation and condiment details
- Positive and cooperative attitude
Job Duties
- Serve and replenish food items offered at the restaurant
- Maintain food service and cleanliness
- Handle guest transactions and ensure smooth and efficient register operations
- Greet and acknowledge guests warmly upon arrival
- Assist in storing all deliveries and stocking condiments and utensils in the beverage area
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness at all times
- Know the menu pricing, location of items, specials, and preparation details
- Operate all line equipment
- Maintain appearance of patio furniture and manage opening and closing of umbrellas
- Responsible for pulling in signs and shutting down the Food Pavilion
- Report safety issues and quality/spoilage concerns
- Exhibit a 'can do' attitude and total cooperation
