Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Capable of lifting and carrying food and supplies weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand and move continuously for up to four hours
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat regularly
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, vendors, and guests
  • Willingness to adhere to hygiene and uniform standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Attention to detail in food presentation and guest service
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
  • Willingness to continuously learn and complete restaurant training program
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Pick up food products for orders placed by service staff
  • Deliver meals including bread, salads, appetizers, entrees, desserts, and other requested items to guests
  • Assist kitchen and service staff to maintain food quality, presentation, and timing
  • Garnish finished entrees according to specifications
  • Ensure hot food is served hot and cold food is served cold
  • Communicate with broil and pantry stations to coordinate timely serving
  • Set up the front line with necessary equipment, plateware, and smallwares
