Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand and carry up to 35 lbs for extended periods
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions in English

Job Qualifications

Comparable experience in a fine dining or similar full-service environment
Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
Effective communication skills including teamwork and guest assistance
Ability to receive and follow verbal instructions in English

Job Duties

Maintain a working environment that complies with health and safety guidelines
Be attentive-proactively anticipate the needs of coworkers and guests
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest
Control the flow of food in and out of the kitchen
Ensure timely delivery and presentation standards are met
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge including modifications
