Job Duties
- Reports to the restaurant manager for daily tasks
- greet and acknowledge guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness
- assist in storing all deliveries
- stock condiments and utensils in the beverage area
- fill coffee and teapots
- know front and back of house, storage area and ice room
- maintain appearance of patio furniture and manage opening and closing of umbrellas
- pull in signs and shut down the Food Pavilion
- know menu pricing, locations, and specials
- understand product preparation and condiments
- operate all line equipment
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness at all times
- exhibit a can do attitude and total cooperation
- report safety and quality/spoilage issues
