Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Physical ability to carry trays with food and beverages
Willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment is a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Job Duties

Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they’ve ordered, just the way they like it
Support the server as needed to optimize the guest’s dining experience
Demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
