Job Requirements
- Meet legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina for high-energy work environment
- Ability to listen, empathize, and resolve guest concerns
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver food to guests in a timely fashion using core values as a benchmark
- Expedite drinks and Quix items promptly
- Assist with guest needs by communicating requests to servers
- Prepare, manage, and break down the runner station at the expo line
- Maintain service modality by cycling between expo, guest, dish, and repeat
- Assist in cleaning and flipping auditoriums when required
- Exhibit professionalism and teamwork at all times
- Follow work schedules and stay informed about upcoming events
- Listen empathetically to guests to resolve issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction through speedy and genuine hospitality
