Job Duties
- Listen to orders and directions
- identify that dishes are plated correctly
- garnish foods and position them for visibility and accessibility
- perform expo tasks such as dessert making, adding sides and sauces, and ticketing orders
- carry multiple dishes at once
- deliver completed orders from kitchen to tables or bar
- anticipate guest needs in a timely and hospitable manner
- maintain adequate supplies of items needed throughout shift
