Job Requirements
- Meet legal age for serving alcoholic beverages
- Ability to speak and hear
- Close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Deliver food to guests in a timely manner using company core values as a benchmark
- Expedite drinks and quix items promptly
- Assist with guest needs by communicating requests to servers
- Prepare, manage, and break down runner station at expo line
- Maintain service modality by cycling through Expo, Guest, Dish
- Assist with cleaning and flipping auditoriums when needed
- Exhibit professionalism in presence of guests, management, and team
- Display citizenship and teamwork consistently
- Follow work schedules and review upcoming events
- Listen, apologize with empathy, find solutions, and follow through with guest problem resolution
- Notice guest dissatisfaction and notify management when appropriate for 100% guest satisfaction guarantee
