Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
- Ability to work late night shifts, potentially between 12 AM and 3 AM
- Works assigned scheduled shifts
- Alcohol awareness certification required
- Food handling certificate a plus
- Fluent in English
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs
- Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
- Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours during shifts
- Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers

- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy

- Able to remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
Job Duties

- Confidently describe and sell all food and beverage menu items
- Deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining guest engagement
- Accommodate guests needs
- Ensure high production standards including consistency, firmness, and temperature of food
- Ensure food is cooked to standards and guests' specifications
- Ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
- Clean and prepare tables for new guests
- Support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
- Practice teamwork during all shifts and support both front-of-house and back-of-house priorities
- Work cohesively with all team members
- Be flexible to assist in other departments as requested
- Work well under pressure
- Follow the direction of managers on duty
- Support and follow all marketing initiatives
