Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be at least 18 years old
Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties

Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest is pleasant, timely and enjoyable
Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees
Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses
Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats
Serve appropriate entrees from Perry's, including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests
Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen
