Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- the desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
- be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends
- able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
- ability to perform functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and occasional stocking up to 50 lbs.
- ability to communicate quickly and accurately
- ability to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
- ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- basic understanding of restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards
- ensure proper plate quality before food items are delivered to guests
- communicate food orders to chefs paying attention to any special needs i.e. food allergies
- maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and restock outside expo
- knowledge of restaurant and bar table and seating numbers
- proper disposal of broken glassware
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations
- anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner
- assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive guest experiences
- constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures
- perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned
