- basic understanding of or the ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety

Job Duties
- anticipate and fulfill guests' needs
- master utilizing QSR and recipe viewer
- communicate with the culinary team and window manager
- ensure food quality is to Wood Ranch standards
- ensure ticket times are being met while delegating and calling for runners
- ensure modifications are made correctly prior to items leaving the window
- handle re-makes, modifications, and 86'd items
- ensure and promote safety and cleanliness
- participate in team pre-bussing and running food, offer to help other team members
- serve alcohol to guest following safe alcohol service guidelines with local, state, and federal laws
- interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- perform light duties, including stocking stations and side work assignment(s)
- communicate openly with management regarding any work-related concerns
- perform other related duties as assigned
