Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum one year restaurant service experience
- legal age to serve alcohol
- current food handler's certification
- current alcohol beverage service certification
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of carrying heavy weights
- able to work weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation
- basic computer proficiency
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- satisfactory physical and mental health
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- ability to stand and walk for eight hours
- carry up to 100 lbs without assistance

- work all scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
- multi-task, lead, and communicate effectively
- reliable transportation
- one year of restaurant service experience in a high-volume establishment
- current local or state food handler's training certification
- current local or state alcohol beverage service training certification
- basic computer skills with POS and touch screens
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- some college or culinary education beneficial
Job Duties
- Meet Lawry's standards as an ambassador of the restaurant
- comply with all employment-related policies and procedures
- participate in guest introductions and description of food and beverage selections
- greet and accommodate guests confidently and professionally
- thank guests and invite them to return
- pre-bus and bus tables
- unload dishes, silverware, and glassware
- reset tables for new and private parties
- restock side stations and remove linen bags
- manage service with three or more servers simultaneously
- communicate effectively in spoken and written English
- demonstrate knowledge of Lawry's restaurants and menu
- work cooperatively with co-workers and management
- demonstrate competency in POS and TMX systems
- maintain a clean uniform and footwear
- perform other duties as assigned
- attend mandatory meetings and training
