- Previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to carry trays and plates safely
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest is pleasant timely and enjoyable
- Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses
- Make sure tables are clear clean and quickly reset between seats
- Serve appropriate entrees from Perry's including Pork Chops Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests
- Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen including replenishing cutlery and crockery cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen
