Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to tables quickly, accurately, and courteously using proper service techniques and attention to seat positions
  • maintain deep knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to assist guests or support the service team
  • ensure food presentation and plate integrity before each dish leaves the kitchen
  • collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and expo team to maintain efficient service flow
  • set up and stock service stations before service and ensure they remain clean and organized throughout the shift
  • assist in clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment
  • support banquet and event operations by setting up, breaking down, and assisting with service as needed
  • ensure all carryout orders are properly packaged and labeled
  • uphold cleanliness standards in all areas, promptly addressing spills and maintaining a safe work environment
  • communicate any guest feedback or service concerns to the manager on duty
  • follow all food safety and hygiene practices and support the Club's standards for professional conduct and member service
