Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- experience in upscale or high-volume hospitality venues preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- polished and professional demeanor
- prior experience in specific front-of-house roles such as bartending, serving, hosting, food running, bussing, or barbacking
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas
- support team members to ensure smooth service flow
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- restock supplies and assist with closing duties
