- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service experience preferred
- ability to track multiple orders accurately
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they have ordered, just the way they like it
- support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
- demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
- coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to maintain timing and quality of food delivery
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
- assist with other duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations
