Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service environments preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays or plates and stand for long hours
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
- Ensure the highest quality of food presentation
- Act as point-of-contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Communicate food orders and pay attention to priorities and special requests such as food allergies
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards such as proper temperature
- Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items
- Assist with side work and station set-up
