Job Requirements
- Must be age 18 or above
- Must have Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
- Must have Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for 100 percent of the shift
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with many distractions
- Must comply with uniform requirements

- Must have Food Handlers Certificate
- Experience working in commercial kitchen is preferred
- Guest service skills preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintain company safety and sanitation standards
- Cross train to work the expo line in the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness of wait stations and sales floor
- Empty trash, spot sweeps and mops as necessary
- Perform opening and closing duties including stocking condiments and rolling silverware
- Maintain stock of operating supplies
- Bus and reset tables
- Follow all food and beverage transportation guidelines
- Ensure bus tubs are clean and emptied
- Keep all seating areas clean including chairs, barstools, booths, booster seats and highchairs
- Uphold culture and standards of the company
- Provide excellent guest service in a friendly, positive, efficient and enthusiastic way
- Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude
- Identify potential problems and communicate with supervisors and management
- Contact game techs, supervisors, or management promptly to address issues
- Ensure guests leave happy with their experience
- Maintain proper stock of supplies and communicate needs
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Comply with uniform requirements
- Perform other duties as directed
