Job Duties

  • Guarantee that the gastronomic experience of the guest, in general, is pleasant, timely and pleasant
  • Provide a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees
  • Remove dirty dishes and utensils between courses
  • Make sure tables are clear, clean and quickly reset between seats
  • Serve appropriate entrees from Perry's, including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests
  • Assist the chef team with ongoing maintenance of kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen
