Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in food retail, grocery, mobile markets, co-ops, or similar environments
- Experience managing retail operations, inventory, and customer service
- Experience supervising and scheduling staff
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic sales reporting
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Commitment to respectful, inclusive customer service

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations for multiple mobile market locations
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Manage inventory, purchasing, merchandising, pricing, and product rotation
- Ensure accurate POS operations, cash handling, and benefit processing (SNAP/EBT, WIC, incentives)
- Monitor sales performance and operational metrics to improve efficiency
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with SNAP, WIC, Double Up Food Bucks, and related programs
- Support continuous improvement, new product pilots, and operational enhancement
