Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- experience in food and hospitality industry required
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee setup, breakdown, and sanitation of workstations
- supervise the cooking and preparation of food items according to recipes and brand requirements
- ensure food items are stored safely and organized
- maintain accurate inventory as per policies
- delegate tasks to employees
- provide coaching and performance feedback
- assist with employee counseling, timekeeping, and communication
