Job Requirements
- ability to obtain a safe food handling license (ServSafe)
- must have valid California driver’s license
- strong work ethic and commitment to work schedule
- availability for occasional evening and weekend hours
- bilingual and biliterate skills preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft 365

- pass Fresno Unified fingerprint and background check
- reliable transportation
- clean DMV driving record

- ability to load/unload trailers with equipment
- ability to navigate local area and use GPS
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- valid California driver’s license (Class C)
- minimum three years driving experience
- ability to read, write, and perform basic math in English
- proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- bilingual skills preferred (Spanish/English or Hmong/English)

- able to manage multiple tasks in deadline-driven environments
Job Duties
- drive a Food to Share van on assigned routes following safety protocols
- execute safe and timely food recoveries from donors like schools and retail outlets
- maintain positive relationships with vendors, donors, and receiver sites
- load and unload food products, ensuring safe handling and proper storage
- perform daily data entry, van inspections, and maintenance reporting
- collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth food recovery and distribution operations
- support community outreach activities related to food insecurity programs
