Job Requirements
- Management background of at least one year
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in client and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of Aramark's service guidelines
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Possess a bachelor's degree or a similar level of experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Cultivate and manage successful client and customer rapport
- Mastery in the delivery of exceptional customer service through Aramark's service guidelines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure cohesive food service experience
- Ability to endure long periods of standing
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
- Reward and recognize employees
- Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
- Plan and lead daily team briefings
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
- Ensure the completion and maintenance of P and L statements
- Deliver client and company financial targets
- Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
- Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
- Supervise team regarding production, quality and control
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
