Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field
- Understanding of food or dairy sanitation principles
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university preferred but not required
- Technical or marketing degree a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation and its effect on food quality and customer profitability
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other related software
- Self-starter
- Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Job Duties
- Service customers optimizing their plant sanitation programs to the performance standards set forth in the plant survey and PAMP goals
- Identify and facilitate corrective actions on-site before engaging assistance from other Hydrite departments or personnel
- Determine, articulate and manage the sequential steps necessary to meet PAMP goals
- Prepare written service/usage reports as requested by their customer and manager
- Understand and articulate the process flow at each account
- Identify latent customer problems and their solutions
- Communicate immediately all deviations from survey to their Regional Manager with no exceptions
- Assist in plant surveys, presentations, and service plan design to deliver continuous profit improvement for customers
- Make adjustments to the customer's cost plan when applicable
- Meet annual goals and objectives established with respective Regional Manager and execute sales/service task cycle
- Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and other duties as assigned
- Train sanitation employees in group settings
- Meet the needs of customers both external and internal
- Uphold Hydrite's Standard of Excellence through commitment to quality
- Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training activities as required
- Review changes/additions with supervisor and maintain RCRA compliance
