- Serve-Safe certification preferred
- Minimum two years cooking experience in casual to fine dining, hotels or healthcare line cook

Job Duties
- Provide restaurant-style dining while supporting the use of whole, fresh, local, and sustainable products where possible
- Order supplies and prepare food items according to department recipes and production standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cooler and freezer stocks effectively
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hospital patients, staff, families, and visitors
- Apply culinary skills and enthusiastic food-centric attitude to support quality and experience
