  • Current Washington State Food Handler's Card required
  • Serve-Safe certification preferred
  • Minimum two years cooking experience in casual to fine dining, hotels or healthcare line cook

Job Duties

  • Provide restaurant-style dining while supporting the use of whole, fresh, local, and sustainable products where possible
  • Order supplies and prepare food items according to department recipes and production standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain cooler and freezer stocks effectively
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to hospital patients, staff, families, and visitors
  • Apply culinary skills and enthusiastic food-centric attitude to support quality and experience
