Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Current Washington State Food Handler's Card required
- Serve-Safe certification preferred
- Minimum two years cooking experience in casual to fine dining, hotels, or healthcare line cook
- Ability to work rotating weekends and variable shifts
- On-call availability

Job Duties
- Provide restaurant-style dining while supporting the use of whole, fresh, local, and sustainable products wherever economically possible
- Order supplies and maintain cooler and freezer stocks
- Prepare food items in line with department recipes and production standards
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, healthy food to patients, staff, families, and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas
- Apply culinary expertise in a fast-paced, high volume, customer service focused environment
