Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- open to being cross-trained in various departments
- willing and able to work overtime including weekends when scheduled
- able to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Cut and trim meat products using knives and machinery
- operate various production equipment including packaging, deboning, skinning, and grinding machines
- operate box and lid making machines
- strap, lift, and stack processed meat products
- perform quality checks on trimmed meat
- follow Good Manufacturing Practice program to ensure safe, quality food production
- perform other production duties as assigned by management
- work in hot and cold areas with varying temperatures
- maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
- handle manual product handling using hand tools, knives, and machinery continuously
- stand and walk for 7-12 hour shifts, including on wet or slippery surfaces
- lift, carry, push, and pull loads up to 50 pounds
- climb ladders, steps, stairwells, and walkways as required
