Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in cold environment (below 30-degree temperatures) for 8+ hours a day
- Must be physically capable of standing for long periods
- Must follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Ability to lift and handle food products safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food preparation or production preferred
- Knowledge of USDA, FDA, and HACCP standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Responsible for preparing, assembling and packing raw and/or cooked food items in accordance with specifications and USDA/FDA/HACCP standards
- Performs job duties in a timely manner to ensure smooth and efficient production flow
- Washes, cleans, and cuts raw food products in accordance with established Company and Customer procedures
- Keeps kitchen and work areas clean, sanitary, and well maintained
- Maintains proper temperatures of all food products
- Assumes other related duties as required or assigned
