Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in cold environment below 30-degree temperatures for 8+ hours a day
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Basic English proficiency
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts
- Prior experience in food production preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Physical ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
Job Duties
- Responsible for preparing, assembling and packing raw and/or cooked food items in accordance with specifications and USDA/FDA/HACCP standards
- Performs job duties in a timely manner to ensure smooth and efficient production flow
- Washes, cleans, and cuts raw food products in accordance with established Company and Customer procedures
- Keeps kitchen and work areas clean, sanitary, and well maintained
- Maintains proper temperatures of all food products
- Assumes other related duties as required or assigned
- Must be able to work in cold environment (below 30-degree temperatures) for 8+ hours a day
