Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in food production or catering
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of FDA, HACCP, GMP compliance
  • experience with production systems preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of hands-on leadership experience in food production, catering, or high-volume manufacturing
  • strong communication and team-building skills
  • solid knowledge of FDA, HACCP, GMP, and operational compliance
  • experience with Variable Production Systems (VPS) or similar tools preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
  • ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural, and deadline-driven environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire a dynamic team of food production employees and supervisors
  • strategically plan, organize, and manage department schedules, productivity, quality, and safety
  • oversee all food production activities ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • ensure compliance with customer specifications, FDA, HACCP, safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • ensure on-time and accurate production for food, equipment, and flight catering
  • manage department budgets, inventory, scheduling, and productivity
  • implement Lean manufacturing principles to innovate meal preparation and delivery
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams and airline clients to maintain exemplary service and presentation
  • participate in daily leadership briefings focusing on performance improvement
