Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality or 5 years related management experience
- Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics
- Experience providing direction and supervision to teams with direct report responsibility
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Direct, manage and assist all functions of the production department
- Manage the production for key items supporting deli-cms, meat-seafood, bakery, and produce departments
- Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards
- Manage product to reduce shrink and damage
- Direct teams to handle, cut, and prepare department products maintaining quality
- Train and engage team members through on-the-job and online training
- Provide coaching to develop team members and increase retention
- Create and manage team schedules aligned with guest shopping hours
- Ensure department adherence to safety and food safety requirements
