Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality or 5 years related management experience
  • Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics
  • Experience providing direction and supervision to teams with direct report responsibility
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field or 5 years of related management experience

  • Experience providing direction and supervision to teams with direct report responsibility
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Preferred qualifications include deli, restaurant management, culinary or grocery experience
  • Preferred experience with production planning software

Job Duties

  • Direct, manage and assist all functions of the production department
  • Manage the production for key items supporting deli-cms, meat-seafood, bakery, and produce departments
  • Properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards
  • Manage product to reduce shrink and damage
  • Direct teams to handle, cut, and prepare department products maintaining quality
  • Train and engage team members through on-the-job and online training
  • Provide coaching to develop team members and increase retention
  • Create and manage team schedules aligned with guest shopping hours
  • Ensure department adherence to safety and food safety requirements
