Job Requirements
- Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
- previous experience in food production or culinary management
- knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- ability to work Monday to Friday with rare nights and no weekends
- ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee the food ordering process and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure consistent availability of ingredients and supplies
- assist in the creation and rollout of menus that align with client expectations, nutritional guidelines, and operational capabilities
- ensure all food production adheres to Aramark's safety standards, policies, and departmental procedures
- maintain compliance with local health regulations
- monitor and verify completion of food safety and temperature logs
- implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain compliance and safety
- collaborate with the culinary team to support daily food preparation and production activities, ensuring timely and high-quality service
