Job Requirements
- experience in a food production setting
- healthcare environment experience would be a plus
- strong financial acumen
- experience with ordering and inventory management
- dedication to patients and customers to ensure Sodexo CARES (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Enthusiasm and Service) behaviors are followed daily
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and updated influenza shot as a condition of employment except legally required exceptions
- ability to work early morning and daytime hours Monday-Friday
- flexibility to work as manager on duty every third weekend
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- strong financial acumen
- experience with ordering and inventory management
- dedication to Sodexo CARES behaviors
Job Duties
- lead the purchasing across 3 kitchens in partnership with the Executive Chefs to support all food services
- implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital
- maintain food and health and safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements
- provide direction to all front line associates
