Job Requirements

experience in a food production setting
healthcare environment experience would be a plus
strong financial acumen
experience with ordering and inventory management
dedication to patients and customers to ensure Sodexo CARES (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Enthusiasm and Service) behaviors are followed daily
fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and updated influenza shot as a condition of employment except legally required exceptions
ability to work early morning and daytime hours Monday-Friday
flexibility to work as manager on duty every third weekend

Job Qualifications

associate's degree or equivalent experience
minimum 2 years management experience
minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
strong financial acumen
experience with ordering and inventory management
dedication to Sodexo CARES behaviors

Job Duties

lead the purchasing across 3 kitchens in partnership with the Executive Chefs to support all food services
implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital
maintain food and health and safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements
provide direction to all front line associates
