- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 1 year experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- strong culinary background in a high-volume environment
- strong leadership skills

- proficient computer skills

Job Duties
- help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
- supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
