Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in food service or customer service preferred
  • ability to follow instructions accurately
  • capable of handling physical demands such as lifting and standing for long periods
  • must be able to work with heat, wetness, fumes, and other kitchen elements
  • knowledge of cash handling procedures
  • willingness to comply with all relevant laws and confidentiality requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Food service or related customer service experience preferred
  • ability to operate cash register and make change
  • capability to interpret price lists and recipes
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepares line setups and menu items
  • operates cash register and handles cash transactions
  • cleans and sanitizes dining room tables and equipment
  • restocks and maintains food stations
  • answers questions about food, ingredients, and diet restrictions
  • participates in special event coordination and menu preparations
  • complies with regulatory and safety standards including infection control and confidentiality
