Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food service or customer service preferred
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- capable of handling physical demands such as lifting and standing for long periods
- must be able to work with heat, wetness, fumes, and other kitchen elements
- knowledge of cash handling procedures
- willingness to comply with all relevant laws and confidentiality requirements
Job Qualifications
- Food service or related customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate cash register and make change
- capability to interpret price lists and recipes
- knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepares line setups and menu items
- operates cash register and handles cash transactions
- cleans and sanitizes dining room tables and equipment
- restocks and maintains food stations
- answers questions about food, ingredients, and diet restrictions
- participates in special event coordination and menu preparations
- complies with regulatory and safety standards including infection control and confidentiality
