- Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 260 pounds
- Physical agility to work in a fast-paced food production environment
- Ambition to learn all aspects of production
- Ability to operate food service equipment with provided training
- Ability to read and interpret production papers and measure ingredients accurately
- Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed
- Entry-level position with willingness to train
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare food products according to recipes and production goals
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain sanitation standards
- Operate food service equipment such as wrappers, labelers, scales, slicers, ovens, and mixers
- Adapt to work in various temperature-controlled zones within the kitchen
- Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts up to 260 pounds
- Work overtime during peak production times as needed
- Collaborate with team members and maintain reliability and punctuality
