Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or catering preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 50+ lbs
- Ability to work in cold temperatures
- Must be able to follow health and safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read and understand basic English
- Comply with all work rules and regulations
- Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities
- Ability to work in cold environment of approximately 35-40 degrees
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours
- Must be able to lift and push up to 50+ lbs
- Ability to use knives and kitchen equipment
- Good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes
- Must be able to work in a high stress environment with changing priorities
- Must be able to follow and understand customer specifications and paperwork in English
Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to airline specifications
- Cut, chop, wrap, and assemble dishes and meals
- Set up food carts with all required food items
- Follow customer specifications and paperwork
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Use knives and kitchen equipment safely
- Adapt to changing priorities during shifts
