Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work around moving parts and wet floors
  • must have the ability to work in a cold environment with a constant 38 to 40 degree temperature for up to 8 hours or more a day with appropriate insulated clothing
  • must be able stand for approximately 8 hours a day
  • must be able to use fingers and hands to handle equipment
  • must apply effective food hygiene practices
  • must have good organizational skills and be adaptable to frequent changes
  • must have the ability to apply safety and sanitation standards
  • must have the ability to use knives, cutting board, and trays
  • must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment which may include weekends and holidays
  • schedule subject to change due to shift bidding
  • other duties assigned by management
