Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook foods that require longer preparation times
  • Complete daily prep tasks before service begins
  • Follow recipes and product directions to prepare, season, cook, taste, carve, and serve a variety of dishes including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts
  • Organize preparation items according to the requirements of the prep sheet
  • Operate kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, wash, peel, cut, and shred fruits and vegetables, and prepare meats
  • Taste products, monitor production, and maintain accurate records to plan and requisition supplies and equipment effectively
  • Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment, adhering to all company and regulatory health standards
