- Equivalent of 2-3 years of post-high school education or relevant experience
- Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and safety standards

Job Duties

- Monitor daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery and uphold quality standards
- Develop menus and recipes, including food requisition and standardization of production protocols
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction or demonstrations
- Assist in the development and growth of junior culinary staff
