Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant culinary experience
- Equivalent post-high school education or relevant experience
- Ability to lead and manage a culinary team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Willingness to work hands-on in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant culinary role
- Equivalent of 2-3 years of post-high school education or relevant experience
- Comprehensive understanding of food service operation principles and industry practices
- Skilled at leading teams and managing kitchen dynamics
- Effective communication skills including speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to develop and implement menu and recipe standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service environments
Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise culinary tasks while training and managing kitchen staff
- Monitor daily kitchen operations to facilitate smooth service delivery and uphold quality standards
- Develop and standardize menu options and recipes to guarantee consistent quality
- Establish presentation techniques and quality standards, plan and price menus
- Maintain and properly operate kitchen equipment to safeguard performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by upholding sanitation and safety standards
- Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction or demonstrations as required
- Assist in the development of junior culinary staff by sharing expertise and culinary techniques
