Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant culinary experience
  • Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff and operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic education equivalent to post-high school
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety regulations

  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant culinary role
  • Equivalent of 2-3 years of post-high school education or relevant experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of food service operations
  • Skilled in leading teams and problem-solving in kitchen environments
  • Effective communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise culinary tasks while training and managing kitchen staff
  • Monitor daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery and uphold quality standards
  • Develop menu options and standardize production protocols
  • Establish presentation techniques and quality standards
  • Maintain and operate kitchen equipment properly
  • Uphold sanitation and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction to staff
