Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in culinary roles
  • Post-high school education or relevant experience
  • Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant culinary role
  • Equivalent of 2-3 years of post-high school education or relevant experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food service operations
  • Strong leadership skills in a kitchen environment
  • Effective communication skills including speaking, reading, and writing

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise culinary tasks and manage kitchen staff
  • Monitor daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and quality standards
  • Develop and standardize menu items and recipes
  • Manage inventory and requisition food supplies based on consumption
  • Maintain equipment performance and kitchen safety compliance
  • Oversee special catering events and provide culinary training
  • Mentor junior kitchen staff for professional growth
