Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise culinary tasks and manage kitchen staff
- Monitor daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and quality standards
- Develop and standardize menu items and recipes
- Manage inventory and requisition food supplies based on consumption
- Maintain equipment performance and kitchen safety compliance
- Oversee special catering events and provide culinary training
- Mentor junior kitchen staff for professional growth
