Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- fluency in English
- ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- ability to lift and carry 10 to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs and ramps
- ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- prepare or assist with food preparation
- assist cashiers with facilitating orders to guests
- serve customers in a timely and friendly manner
- properly handle inventory
- prepare the product
- ensure that all food warmers are kept full
- maintain proper food handling procedures
- organize station
- perform proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- organize and clean the stand including removing garbage and cleaning equipment
