Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation is preferred
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items up to waist height
- Adherence to health and safety protocols including COVID-19 standards
- Willingness to perform various tasks as needed
- Ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold foods as determined by the supervisor
- Assemble, operate and disassemble equipment such as meat and cheese slicer, food processor, Robocoupe, food choppers and cutters, food blenders and mixers
- Comprehend and follow all verbal and written instructions from the supervisor
- Operate equipment including saute burners, convection oven, kettle steamer, warming unit, pizza oven, microwave, grill/flat top and fryer
- Receive, unpack, rotate and stow deliveries according to supervisor's instruction and food safety standards
- Provide customer service with strong communication skills
- Clean and sanitize using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
- Lift and move food and non-food items from floor to waist height
- Adhere to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation protocols
- Follow health and safety regulations related to equipment use and personal hygiene
- Perform other jobs as determined by the supervisor
- Stand for extended periods of time
