Job Requirements
- Be at least sixteen years of age (eighteen where required by law)
- available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- possess excellent customer service skills
- have an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- capable of handling job stress and interacting effectively with guests and coworkers
- pass a background check according to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service experience a plus
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- previous food prep or kitchen experience helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare food orders accurately and promptly
- assist with kitchen food prep including pizza, salads, and wings
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
- engage with guests and team members positively
- handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- participate in cross-training to learn various kitchen roles
